A TravelodgeTravelodge is an international budget hotel chain which can be found at most Moto and First motorway services.

Travelodge is currently owned by Dubai International Capital, but it used to be owned by Trusthouse Forte who also owned Welcome Break and were both bought by Granada. Granada set up many Little Chef and Travelodge combinations alongside a-roads, but many of the Little Chefs have now closed.

In the UK, many Travelodge motels were previously branded as Forte Travelodge and before that Little Chef Lodge.

I would never use Travelodge.

I was a loyal customer, who had a customer service issue that Travelodge would not accept or acknowledge. I wrote several complaint letters to them, however they still would not accept my complaint, and in fact the last reply I had from them inferred that the issue I had was in fact my fault and my doing.

So I don't think they have any kind of customer services, as I don't feel they have represented the customer at all!
